Pax River's Tokyo
ax River's Tokyo is our half Peruvian accoyo/half Bolivian, female who was sired by PPeruvian Leon and Ameripaca's Madonna. She has perfect conformation and bite, wonderful fleece and a great disposition. She is the most curious of our herd and makes us laugh often. We know that she carries a dark gene as she has a black toenail, surely a trait from her sire. Her fleece is super fine and has a micron count of 18.5 and CF of 99.1! Wouldn't you just love to have something made out of her fleece? Tokyo was bred on 10/28/07 to Accoyo America Skylark (medium fawn) who is out of Camilio's Accoyo Endurance (medium fawn) and Pacific Crest Accoyo Meadowlark (light fawn). On 10/02/08 Tokyo delivered a beautiful, 3/4 accoyo, fawn male whose fleece looks like it is going to carry alot of fineness.
Toyko's sire is the exceptional Leon. He is a rare dark fawn accoyo with perfect color uniformity. He was imported from the Accoyo Ranch of Don Julio in Peru where a very strict and selective breeding program has existed for decades. Leon's presence is truly striking and he represents the very best of this rigorous breeding program. He is said to be perfect in everyway. His fleece had a micron count of 19.9 at age three and he passes on that beautiful fleece to his offsprings, as is apparent in Tokyo.
Tokyo's Dam is Ameripaca's Madonna who is a very nice Bolivian female with especially fine fleece that has retained it's fineness through the years. She has very straight and correct conformation. Her strength is apparent in her fleece as it has stayed beautiful even after having five crias. She is truly an easy breeder and exceptional mother to her crias, many who have gone on to be award winners.
